Colin Cutler


Colin started in the hospitality industry at the age of 14 helping in a local kitchen in a small town in the UK and later trained as a chef. He moved to NZ in 1991 and on to Hokitika in 1993 where he met his wife Leanne and happily settled in Hokitika where they have been operating restaurants, bars and accommodation ever since. They have been at their current premises, The Woodstock Hotel for 14 years and with 5 children and a microbrewery they are kept busy.
