Graham Hawkes


Hawksy had been involved with the Hospitality New Zealand for some years being on the Executive of the Wellington Branch back in the early 80’s and the Southland Branch until recently.

 

Hawkes was the inaugural Hospitality New Zealand Personality Of the Year back in 2000, and has held many rolls within the Hospitality Industry for a number of years.

 

Having represented New Zealand at the Culinary Olympics back in 1984 Hawksy has continued to build pathways for Young Chefs to become more conversant with the use of local products and nose to tail use of our meats and seafood.
