Kordula has been in the hospitality industry ever since she came to New Zealand from Germany in 1995 when she bought the Holiday Park in Ohakune and developed this over the last 28 years to an award-winning TOP 10 Holiday Park.

 

Over the years she was also holding a concession from DOC running another Holiday Park for 4 years, as well as managing a shuttle transport.

 

After all these years in the industry, she is still passionate about the industry and the role hospitality businesses can play to help the community grow in a sustainable way.

 

She prides herself to be a good listener with an analytic mind and is always approachable.

 

Governance and leadership are areas in which she continues to grow, serving presently a second term on the Board of the TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group.

 

She is always seeking ways to improve what an organisation does, how it delivers and how it meets the needs of those it engages with.

 

Although only a member of Hospitality NZ for the last 2 years, she feels she can offer a new

dimension and angle to the Board.
