Rab joined the Hospitality NZ Team in February 2021. He is a chartered accountant whose financial management and accounting career spans over 15 years. During this time, he has worked in large corporates such as Telecom (Spark), large complex government departments, the private retail sector, healthcare providers, manufacturing, not-for-profits and accounting / audit firms. He has a strong operational focus and enjoys working in in team environments.

 

Rab also enjoys his sport and music, in particular, supporting the Hurricanes, Wellington Lions and the All Blacks and belongs to a local Pipe Band. He has lived in Wellington most of his life and is passionate about his city! He lives with his wife Jo and two daughters Katie & Sophie. The only male he can talk to at home is his Scottish Terrier, Angus!
