As a child I grew up on caravanning holidays around England, sleeping out in the awning listening to the rain & wind all around! Being outdoors seemed to be my “thing”. Later I would discover the environment from the other side of the counter!

Since emigrating to Australia and then New Zealand, I’ve spent 23yrs in the holiday park industry, always with a very "hands on" style of management. Previous to this I worked in hospitality since the age of 18. I know and live the 24/7 lifestyle, I understand that to be a committed operator you need drive, resilience & passion.

I hold 2 Diplomas in Holiday Park Management and Caravan Park Supervision, have worked closely with Service IQ, and held a 2yr term on the board of TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group (2020 to 2022).

Personally, whilst always striving for success my mantra is Own it, Do it, Done! We’ve received 2 Silver West Australian Tourism Awards, been finalists in the Leading Light West Coast Awards and within the TOP10 group consistently won the TOP Guest Experience (small park 2018 to 2021), & Most Highly Recommended small park in 2022.
