Hospitality NZ has submitted on the Ministry for Regulation Hospitality Review. We outlined the key areas of regulation that impact hospitality across food safety, alcohol, health and safety, building compliance and employment law, raising issues that impact both accommodation and food and beverage operators.
We will continue to work with the Ministry for Regulation ahead of the April report release deadline.
