Quick start
- Access your Hospitality NZ Typsy account
- Using and Admin Activation code provided by HNZ below
- Log in
- Explore the 'Journey' page
- Set up any teams/departments such as Front of House, Back of House
- Under Account – Members - add your staff members
- Let your teams know that you’re using Typsy, to expect an invitation to join and start their training.
- Assign training from the course library, found in Discover - Courses (Our career pathways is a great tool to use when planning training)
- View reports to monitor training progress
- Acknowledge your team’s training success!
